3D Unforgettables Terms and Conditions

3D UNFORGETTABLES, INC. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please read this important information that you should know before continuing to download and install our products. As a condition of downloading and installing our products or becoming a paid customer of 3D Unforgettables, you must accept this terms and conditions entirely. By downloading and installing any of our products you agree to be bound by all our terms and conditions set forth herein.

3D Unforgettables provides users with high quality, one-of-a-kind and non-duplicatable 3d 100% human skin textures from © Copyright ® Registered photographs and 3D Content, Printables, Adobe Photoshop Content, Web Design Content, eLearning®™, Tutorials, University, Freebies and much more at a cost per product basis and subscription. All of our products are available to all users to purchase and download. We do currently offer a subscription type services in our eLearning ®™© Center. All our products and services are made available for Paid Customers only.

We are committed to create products that work flawlessly and we do. We shall do our best to deal with any problem, should it arise, as soon as you contact us and inform us of it, but still, we do not guarantee that we can ensure the work of our products due to our customers education of knowing how the program works. Under no circumstances shall 3D Unforgettables be held liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages what-so-ever arising out of the use of, or inability to use any and all of products downloaded and offered from 3D Unforgettables WWW or any of 3D Unforgettables Devisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that all use of our products under your member's account complies with these terms and conditions and 3D UNFORGETTABLES, INC. PRODUCT USER LICENSE AGREEMENT user restrictions. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You are also responsible for any fees or charges incurred while accessing our products, eg, purchases you have made. 3D Unforgettables serves on a REAL NAME basis only. We do not offer nor do we support nick-names or aliases.

3D Unforgettables retains the right at any time to change the terms of this agreement, change the terms of availability of products or change any fees and charges of our products and services. All changes will take effect immediately and will be effective.

You must not post, use, transmit or otherwise make available the products and services received from 3D Unforgettables.

You may not transfer your right to use our products and/or services. Only one individual may access the 3D Unforgettables web account as a member of 3D Unforgettables using the same user name or password.

You are entitled to receive FREE technical customer support from the time of purchase for the life of the product or services.

Any and all products available at 3D Unforgettables web site are the property of 3D Unforgettables, Inc., and Tamela Jaeger and are protected by © Copyright laws and international copyright treaties. All products offered on 3D Unforgettables web have been ® Registered with the US Copyright Office, including all resources used in the creation of products, this includes ALL OUR PHOTOGRAPHS. The products are licensed to users, not sold. 3D Unforgettables retains all rights, title and interest in the products including all intellectual property rights embodied therein and derivatives thereof. The products include, without limitation, creative concepts, codes, data structures, images, 3d textures and maps, custom shaders, custom nodes, lighting, and any and all 3d content, photographs, kits, and all photoshop content, sounds, derivative works and all other elements. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may neither decompile, reverse engineer, modify, disassemble our products, nor create derivative works based on the products, except as permitted by law. You may not under any circumstances rent, lease, sell or distribute our products.

These terms and conditions constitute the exclusive agreement between you and 3D Unforgettables and Tamela Jaeger, President & C.E.O., with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all other communications, agreement, proposals and understandings, whether written or oral, between you and 3D Unforgettables and Tamela Jaeger relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, you understand them, and understand that by installing, copying onto your hard drive, running or otherwise using our products you agree to be bound by terms and conditions stated here. If you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement, your license is automatically terminated without refund and you must remove our product from your hard drive and any backup you may have. This is non-negotiable.

This License will be construed under the laws of the State of Washington. If any provision of this License shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of this License will remain in full force and effect.

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable statute or rule of law, it is to be considered omitted and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall in no way be affected

All sales are finale as per our return policy.
