USER ELECTRONICALLY TRANSFERRED FILES (DOWNLOADS) AGREEMENT:
3D Unforgettables, Inc., download user License Agreement is a binding contract between you, and 3D Unforgettables, Inc., (“3DUINC.), when you download any product that is an electronically transferred file.
3D Unforgettables products that are downloadable electronically transferred files, they cannot be returned for a refund. It is simply impossible to upload them again if you decide you do not want them, you decide you do not like them, you decide you do not know how to use them, etc.. However, if you have any problems what-so-ever with any of our electronically transferred files (Products you purchase that are downloads), we will go to great lengths to help you with any problems you may be having, because simply put, here at 3D Unforgettables it is our number one goal to provide the best customer service a customer can receive from a business. This is what makes a business one you want to do repeat business with and 3D Unforgettables has been providing top of the line customer support for the last 10 years within the intranet.
By purchasing any 3D Unforgettables electronically transferred products, you agree to all the terms of this said Agreement and understand that in no instance will we provide a refund on any electronically transferred files.
This includes any CD’s of zip, exe, win-rar or extracting type files. CD Burning Services are available for an additional cost plus (+) shipping costs.
